Ingredients

  • 1/2 celery root
  • 2 apples
  • 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice (taken from 1⁄2 lemon)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/3 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Peel and julienne the celery root and apples then immediately mix them with the lemon juice so that they don’t turn brown.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper. Adjust the taste.
  3. Add the walnuts then mix.
