And finally, Anker has another charger that’s a little cuter than the other one we mentioned and is super portable as well.
A smart clock
We all know that staring at our phones right before bed isn’t the best idea. The next-best option? A smart clock. The Amazon Echo Spot is compact and fits right on a nightstand, and the LaMetric clock is easy to use and completely customizable.
Bluetooth speaker
A Bluetooth speaker makes an excellent gift that your techie partner will love. Look for ones with a big range and plenty of playing time (if wireless) so they (and you!) can enjoy tunes far into the night. We found a few, including one from Tribit that offers 360-degree surround sound, and an Anker variety that’s pretty inexpensive without losing a lot of the features of more expensive types. We also liked the unique shape of the triangular speaker from OontZ.
