Pumpkin pudding parfaits

Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) package cheesecake flavored instant pudding
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ΒΌ teaspoon ground cloves
- Whipped topping
- Crushed gingersnap cookies
Instructions
- In a bowl beat together cheesecake instant pudding and evaporated milk. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, cinnamon and cloves.
- To make parfaits: layer pudding, whipped topping, and crushed gingersnaps.
