Crock-Pot holiday cranberry sauce
Yield 6-8 servings
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1-1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- Small dash of cloves
- 1 cup orange juice
- Zest of 1/2 an orange
- 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
- 1 small sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- In Crock-Pot, combine cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, orange juice, orange zest, Grand Marnier and rosemary.
- Place lid on Crock-Pot and cook for 2 to 3 hours on high. The liquid will turn into a syrup.
- Remove rosemary sprig and pour cranberry sauce into serving bowl.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cooled.
- Serve.
