- 1/2 tube Jimmy Dean's Sage Sausage
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 ½ cups chopped portabella mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 8 cups (1 ½ pounds) fresh green beans
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
