  1. Boil the corn on the cob for 5-10 minutes, until tender. Drain and allow corn to cool.
  2. Cut the kernels from the cobs. Scrape the cobs with the edge of the knife to squeeze the “corn milk” out from the cob.
  3. In a large saucepan, bring the corn kernels, heavy cream, and butter to a boil. Reduce heat and add salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes.
