Red-colored bell pepper hummus



  1. Peel and discard the skin from the red bell pepper; it should remove easily.
  2. Transfer the hummus from one of the bowls back into the food processor.
  3. Add the red bell pepper and juice of 1 roasted lemon to the processor and blend.
  4. Add the Sriracha to taste.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Transfer back to the serving bowl.
  7. Garnish the hummus with a swirl of Sriracha.
