Garlic pickle martini



  1. Cut heels off garlic cloves and slice lengthwise.
  2. Drop slices into bottle of vodka.
  3. Recap tightly, and flip bottle upside down several times to saturate.
  4. Let bottle sit for 24 hours. Do not put in freezer.
  5. After 24 hours, remove garlic slices.
  6. Store vodka in refrigerator.
  7. In cocktail shaker, combineĀ 1 1/2 ounces infused vodka, 1 1/2 ounces pickle brine and ice.
  8. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into clean coupe or martini glass, and garnish with pickle slice.
