- Begin by looping burlap ribbon at the top, then tie a second section around the foam ball.
- Tie at the bottom and trim edges.
- Hot-glue pinecones all over the foam.
- Glue small pieces of the garland around the pinecones on the foam ball, completely covering the foam.
- Hang your kissing ball in an arch or doorway.
