Homemade Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients
- 8 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and mist lightly with cooking spray.
- Place large tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on the baking sheet, leaving at least an inch between the piles of cheese.
- Use your fingers to gently pat down each pile, flattening just a bit to help them cook evenly.
- Bake for 4-5 minutes until crisp and golden. Be sure to keep an eye on them in the final minutes so they don’t burn.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the crisps to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a plate.
