Bacon-wrapped stuffing balls

Ingredients
- 12 bacon strips
- 1 box Stove-Top Turkey Stuffing
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large pot, melt the butter.
- Add the chopped onions and celery, and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the water and bring to a boil, then stir in the Stove-Top stuffing mix. Cover and turn off the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and allow to cool.
- Once cool enough to touch, form 1-inch balls of stuffing with your hands and wrap with a slice of bacon.
- Place the bacon-wrapped stuffing balls on a greased baking pan, and bake for 25 minutes or until crispy.
