Grilled sweet corn with chili-lime honey butter

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, mix butter, lime juice, honey, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Mash with fork until well combined to make chili-lime honey butter.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high (about 375F).
  3. Place corn on grill and cook, rotating occasionally, until corn is hot and lightly charred. Transfer corn to serving platter.
  4. Immediately brush flavored butter on corn.
  5. Serve with extra salt and lime wedges.
