Grilled sweet corn with chili-lime honey butter
Yield 6 servings
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons salted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 6 ears sweet corn, husk and silk removed
- Salt and lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In small bowl, mix butter, lime juice, honey, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Mash with fork until well combined to make chili-lime honey butter.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (about 375F).
- Place corn on grill and cook, rotating occasionally, until corn is hot and lightly charred. Transfer corn to serving platter.
- Immediately brush flavored butter on corn.
- Serve with extra salt and lime wedges.
