Send your taste buds on a tropical vacation with dessert! Our no-bake Key lime pie in a jar recipe, inspired by A Million Moments, is the fastest and most delicious way to satisfy an island-inspired sweet tooth.
Dessert in a jar? Yes! Just imagine digging a spoon into a mason jar layered with creamy whipped topping, a luscious Key lime filling and buttery graham crackers. One bite will transport you to the Florida Keys.
Why mason jars? Mason jars make every day feel like summer, whether you love canning fruit and vegetables from your garden, have jumped on the salad-in-a-jar craze or simply adore using them as glasses for your favorite iced tea. Personally, we prefer Key lime pie in a jar, and we want you to enjoy it, too!
Key lime pie is the dreamy, creamy state pie of Florida. For good reason! Not only is it made from the small Key limes that grow in the Florida Keys, this popular American pie is simply divine in balancing sweet and tart, creamy and crunchy. Traditionally, Key lime pie is made with Key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks. Since we wanted a no-bake version, we’ve omitted the eggs and swapped in cream cheese. The cream cheese gives our no-bake Key lime pie the creamy custard-like consistency that Key lime pie lovers crave.
Cook’s note: If you can’t find Key limes in the grocery store, you can order them online or substitute bottled Key lime juice. No luck? No problem! We won’t tell anyone if you use regular supermarket limes.

Place graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until they are finely crushed.
Add butter to graham cracker crumbs and mix together
Transfer the graham cracker crumbs to a bowl and add melted butter, tossing to distribute the butter throughout the crumbs.
Mix together cream cheese, condensed milk and Greek yogurt
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine softened cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla Greek yogurt and Key lime juice. Beat until smooth, then refrigerate the filling for at least 10 minutes to chill.
Spoon crushed graham crackers into the bottom of a mason jar
