Copycat Dole Whip

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen pineapple and coconut cream in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. Divide into glasses and top with a few shakes of tajin to taste.

Notes

  • Fresh and canned pineapple don't yield the same texture, so stick with frozen.
  • No one will be mad if you add rum to this.
