1. Saute chickpeas in paprika and garlic for 5-10 minutes until crisp.
2. Saute sweet potato in paprika and garlic for 20 minutes, until crisp.
3. Chop and mix all ingredients together.
4. Mix dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl.
5. Top salad with dressing.
