Vegan whipped cream

Yield 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Pour thick, creamy part of can contents into large bowl.  Set aside liquid for another recipe.
  2. Using hand or stand mixer, whip coconut cream, adding sweetener and vanilla to taste, until mixture forms stiff peaks.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

Coconut cream should be super-thick right out of the can. If not, refrigerate the can overnight.
