Instructions

Peppermint candy simple syrup:

1. Combine candies, sugar and water.
2. Simmer, stirring often, until melted.
3. Cool in refrigerator.

Cocktail:

1. Combine vodka, coffee liqueur and splash of half and half in a glass with ice.
2. Add simple syrup.
3. Stir well.
